I know that an admission ticket is required for all attendees who are booking a campfire rental, small party rental, or the Pavillion rental, in addition to the rental fee. This tickets can be purchased at the farm or online. Daytime Weekday Admission Tickets (Mon. - Thursday from 9 am - 8:30 pm, Friday from 9 am - 6:00 pm) are $12 person. Daytime Weekend Admission Tickets (Sat. & Sun. from 10 am - 6:00 pm) are $19 person, Nighttime Admission Tickets (Fri. - Sat. from 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm & Sun. from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm) are $19 person. A Nighttime Admission Ticket can be for either the Haunted Hayride or the Haunted House. You can buy a Combo Pass to do both attractions for $30 person.
In consideration of you accepting this payment relating with the rental of the Campfire, Pavillion or Small Party Barn and other services we provide, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound do hereby waive and forever release any and all rights and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against Bellevue Berry Farm, Event Director, and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives, volunteers and employees for any and all injuries to me or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during, or after the event. I recognize, intend, and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.
I know that agritourism by its nature brings inherent risks. I assume all risks associated with this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, collisions, the effects of weather, traffic, course conditions, slip and trip hazards, scare tactics at the haunted house and the haunted hayride, floors with ups and downs, and I waive any and all claims which I might have based on any of those and other risks typically found in a Pumpkin Patch and Ranch of Terror attractions. I acknowledge all such risks are known and understood by me.

In the event of an illness, injury or medical emergency arising during the open hours I hereby authorize and give my consent to Bellevue Berry Farm to call an ambulance, 911, an accredited hospital, clinic and/ or physician any treatment deemed necessary for my immediate care. I agree that I will be fully responsible for payment of any and all medical services and treatment rendered to me including but not limited to medical transport, medications, treatment and hospitalization.
As it applies to my participation in this event, I agree to abide by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and recommendations for the prevention of the spread of COVID-19. I also agree to abide by any COVID-19 distancing and other safety guidelines issued by the state.

Further, I grant permission to all the foregoing to use my name, voice and images of myself in any photographs, motion pictures, results, publications or any other print, videographic or electronic recording of this event for legitimate purposes.
This event follows the standard industry policy: All entry fees and rentals are non-refundable. You may be able to reschedule your party (campfire and/or party barn) at least 4 days before the event for a fee of $10. You also will have the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control such as a natural disaster or emergency in which you will need to reschedule, by using the confirmation email to set up an account and edit your rental. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

I understand that my entry fee and rentals are nonrefundable.

By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above release and waiver including the no refund policy.

“LIABILITY WARNING: Under Nebraska law, an owner of property, including lands and waters, is not liable for the injury to or death of the participant in agritourism activities or damage to the participant's property resulting from the inherent risks of such activities. Inherent risks include, without limitation, the risk of animals, land, and water conditions, the ordinary dangers of structures or equipment ordinarily used in farming or ranching operations, and the potential for you or another participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your own injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in the agritourism activities for which you are entering the owner's premises.”
